Property Tax Services, Inc. ("we", "us") respects the privacy of visitors to ptsitax.com and of our clients. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. Name, company, email, phone, and the message you send. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
- Client portal accounts. Email address, name, login activity, and the property and tax data we maintain on your behalf as part of our engagement.
- Technical data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and block abuse. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
To provide property tax consulting services, to respond to inquiries, to secure the client portal (including sending one-time login codes by email), and to meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (email delivery, hosting) and as required by law.
Security
The website and client portal are served over encrypted connections. Portal access requires a password and a one-time code sent to your email. Client data is stored on systems we control. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we encourage clients to keep their login credentials private.
Cookies
The public website does not set tracking cookies. The client portal sets a session cookie that is required for login and expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
Your choices
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected] or (479) 527-8815. Some records must be retained for the duration of an engagement or as required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do.
